GLIMPSE AT AN AVERAGE DAY
As a Customer Service Representative, you're the warm voice and friendly smile that greets customers when they call or visit our office. Speaking with clients over the phone, through email, and in person, you answer questions, provide information, and share our promotions and special deals. You help encourage sales by telling customers about our services and products, taking orders, processing returns, and recommending future products to management.
If a customer is unhappy, you work with them to figure out the root cause of the issue and solve it the best you can. Accuracy is key as you update customer accounts and process payment information. You follow up when appropriate to ensure total satisfaction and help create happy, lifelong customers!
