- Prepare detailed financial models and analyses to support debt issuance decisions and optimize capital structure.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment banking, legal, and finance, to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
- Draft compelling presentation materials and pitch documents for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Monitor regulatory developments and market conditions to anticipate potential impacts on debt capital markets activities.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide expert insights and recommendations on debt financing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
- Proven experience in debt capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance roles.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, debt instruments, and capital markets transactions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
