The Analyst/Associate, Debt Capital Markets, reporting to the VP of Debt Capital Markets, is responsible for helping to lead loan origination/refinancing, formulation of debt strategy, and regular management/BX reporting on ~70 existing loan pools and numerous future acquisitions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execution of Link's overall debt strategy
Origination of large volume of CMBS, bank balance sheet, and construction loans associated with Link's acquisitions, dispositions, development, and refinancing activities. A typical year at Link involves billions of dollars of borrowing activities
Assist with the lender due diligence process, including collaboration with multiple Link teams to review and gather all required information
Extensive coordination with Blackstone's Debt Capital Markets and Asset Management teams to ensure debt planning and borrowing activities align with BX strategy
Produce regular Link management/BX debt reporting packages
Collaborate with operations and construction teams to manage and ensure timely submission of escrow release requests
Coordination of loan paydowns
Help ensure the quality and accessibility of Link's debt related data
QUALIFICATIONS:
0 - 2 years of experience (Analyst level), 3 - 5 years of experience (Associate level) with secured debt/mortgage markets and transactions.
Extremely strong interpersonal, management, and collaborative skills
Process management and improvement
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum starting base salary of $80,000 . We are open to hiring an Analyst or an Associate level into this role. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience. Job responsibilities and compensation will be commensurate with the level hired. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus
