AtWork Personnel is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Elkhart, IN

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by managing various administrative tasks and assisting with HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Coordinate employee orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Maintain employee records in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, or ADP
- Assist with employee evaluations and performance management processes
- Support the HR team in implementing succession planning initiatives
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with conflict management and resolution among employees
- Coordinate FMLA requests and maintain appropriate documentation
- Support HR projects such as policy development, training initiatives, and strategic planning

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, or ADP
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for recruitment purposes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
