Position: LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse)
Location: Austin, TX
About the Role:
As an LVN at AtWork Medical, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients' residents. Responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring residents' well-being. This position is for a LTAC setting. You will be working with geriatric patients and may be required to float to ICU floor (experience required).
Available Opportunities:
- Shift: 12 hrs shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care, assisting residents with daily activities.
- Support residents in personal care routines.
- Monitor and document residents' physical and mental status.
- Respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid LVN license in Texas.
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts, five days a week, with rotating weekends.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
