Purpose:Mary Lee Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing diverse services and housing to adults with various types of disabilities.
As the Case LVN you provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care to assigned clients with predictable healthcare needs within well-defined policies, procedures, and guidelines in which assistance and support are available from the clinical supervisor, Lead RN.This position is the front line for nursing and is integral in collecting data to help develop, modify, implement, and evaluate the responses to their nursing care plan. As the Case LVN, you will create and educate on consumer-specific healthcare topics and reinforce education provided by the RN to ensure that care is being provided appropriately in accordance with the individual’s Individual Plan of Care (IPC), Implementation Plan, Program Guidelines, and Texas State Guidelines.
