Atlassian is looking for an innovative strategy professional to join our growing compensation team. This role will report to the Director, Executive Compensation & Strategy and play a critical role in bringing strategic, innovative thinking to solving some of the most nebulous problems we face in the compensation space today and designing the next generation of compensation strategy and plan design. This role does not specifically require compensation experience.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Zone B: $137,100 - $182,800
Zone C: $126,400 - $168,600
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
