Badger Toyotalift is currently hiring a Planned Maintenance Coordinator for the Service Department in New Berlin, WI. This position is responsible for inputting and updating all equipment scheduled for planned maintenance.

Your New Role:

• Relay, input and verify planned maintenance information to and from service field technicians, sales staff, management, and customers.
• Ensure that all planned maintenance agreements have the proper information (technician name, rate, address, special notes).
• Ensures that technicians are aware of any special instructions or customer needs during planned maintenance.
• Run PM reports and generate planned maintenance work orders including separating work orders and providing them to the technicians twice a month.
• Notify management of any customer concerns, requests, or needs.
• Inform technicians of any changes that are made or need to be made with any account or equipment.
• Communicate with the technicians via phone or writing to have full knowledge of Work In Process (WIP).
• Produce, sort, and distribute PM reports to every technician and management at least once a month.
• Assist technicians with work orders.
• Organize, file, and track all changes of PM's (removing, adding, skipping cycles).
• Close any work orders that are being skipped and enter the information in the notes of the work order for future reference.
• Keep all changes noted on a work order (Change of technician, reprinting of a work order, skip cycle).
• Back-up dispatcher responsibilities when needed.
• Identify late PM's and notify the Dispatcher and Service Manager of problems.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills; has the ability to communicate professionally and courteously
• Ability to multi-task
