The role :
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent service to our OEM customers, distributors, and sales team for the North America region.
The main responsibilities will be receiving and directing incoming calls, order entry process, with direct communication with customers and factory throughout the order cycle, but flexibility and willingness to embrace new tasks is also essential.
The individual will need to be an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-starter and a team player.
