We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries
- Providing product information and resolving any issues or complaints
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote new products
- Upselling additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Data entry and maintaining accurate customer records
- Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues

- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is highly desirable
