Position Summary: The General Maintenance Technician is under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor. Provides high quality preventative and corrective maintenance to the buildings and equipment.
Education and/or Experience:Technical schooling background preferred. One year experience in plant and/or residential maintenance necessary. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and performs simple arithmetic.
