This position requires a current CDL license with a Passenger Endorsement to drive a 16-passenger bus.
Earn a competitive hourly rate between $20 and $24, based on years of experience.
Additional compensation includes:
- Generous PTO beginning with a maximum of 104 hours annually
- 1.5x Holiday Pay
- 1.5x Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week

Position Summary: The Valet role is responsible for providing safe transportation both on and off campus. This position is responsible for safely driving the facility bus to and from scheduled and non-scheduled destinations or events.
- Picks up and delivers residents to all scheduled activities where bus/van/vehicle transportation is needed.
- Performs pre-trip inspection of the vehicles in use including checking all lights, flashers and signals, fluid levels and tire inflation.
- Assists resident loading and unloading from the bus/van/vehicle.
- Maintains proper sanitization of the vehicle.
- Assures resident safety during travel.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience driving a 16-passenger bus required. Must furnish official driving record from VA DMV. This position requires a current CDL license with a Passenger Endorsement.
Preferred candidates will have:
- Excellent customer services skills, patience, and a knack for meeting a wide range of personal needs.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule including evening shifts, weekends, and holidays, as the hours for this position will vary based on company demand.
- Clear communication skills with a team-based mentality.
- Competency in the operation of wheelchair lifts and lock down procedures.
