Job Summary :
The Service Valet / Greeter at Priority Lexus Virginia Beach is a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our valued customers.
This individual will be responsible for greeting customers, directing them to the appropriate service areas, and providing support to the service team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the auto industry and a desire to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits :
This is a Full Time, hourly position in the auto industry.
The salary for this role will be competitive and based on experience.
In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the dealership
- Direct customers to the appropriate service areas and assist with any questions or concerns they may have
- Manage the flow of customer vehicles in the service drive area, parking them in designated spots and retrieving them as needed
- Communicate with the service team to ensure prompt and efficient service for customers
- Assist with scheduling service appointments and following up with customers on their vehicle status
- Maintain a clean and organized service drive area
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer service issues or escalations in a timely and professional manner
Requirements :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
