Atlantic-Oase is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Aurora, OH
- Process and monitor invoices in ERP and customer portals, adjust invoices according to customer allowances/special discounts. Follow up to ensure the successful transmission of invoices.
- Research and dispute shortage claims / deductions in customer portals. Supplies supporting documentation (BOL, proof of delivery). Work with account managers and purchasing to obtain documentation and achieve resolution.
- Reconciles customer deductions against invoices, apply credit memos for customers at Customer Service or Sales team’s request, request approval for deductions (shortages, compliance, etc.) dispute and chargeback customer if necessary.
- Process Credit Card Payments and post them accordingly on customer accounts.
- Compile AR reports, analysis, and feedback to management.
- Participate in achieving month end close reporting deadlines.
- Assist in Annual Fiscal Year Audit
- Assists accounting department as necessary.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Business Administration with accounting or finance course work
- One to Three years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
- Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and other applicable software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new computer software within 90 days

- Able to work 40 hours per week.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- One toThree years’ experience working with accounts receivable, payable or general accounting
- Two of those years in Manufacturing or Wholesale Industry
- Intermediate ERP, SAP experience preferred but not required.
