Natural Essentials INC is Hiring an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist Near Aurora, OH
- Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to vendors
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Manage accounts receivable, including timely and accurate invoicing to customers
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and maintain appropriate records
- Reconcile accounts receivable, identifying and resolving payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal departments to address any billing or payment-related inquiries
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing relevant reports and reconciliations
- Participate in periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with various financial and administrative tasks as required
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred(or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
