Job Summary: As a General Aviation Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and providing support to pilots, passengers, and other stakeholders within the general aviation community. This role involves various tasks related to customer service, administrative duties, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet customers and assist with their needs upon arrival at the FBO.
• Provide information and assistance regarding services offered, including fueling, aircraft parking, rental cars, catering, and accommodations.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns from pilots, passengers, and other customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers visiting the FBO.

1. Administrative Duties:

• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and processing paperwork related to customer transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and billing information.
• Assist with scheduling aircraft services and coordinating logistics for aircraft arrivals and departures.

1. Operational Support:

• Coordinate with line service technicians to ensure timely and efficient aircraft servicing, including fueling, towing, and marshaling.
• Monitor ramp activity and assist with the movement of aircraft as needed to maintain safe operations.
• Follow established procedures for safety and security to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in aviation or customer service is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and aviation point-of-sale software systems.
• Knowledge of general aviation operations, aircraft types, and FBO services is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
