Reports To: Director of Sales - Strategic Industry Group

Summary:
The Strategic Industry Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to sell payroll and HR technology services to businesses in the quick service restaurant industry. This position will work closely with the Director of Sales and other members of the sales team to drive sales in the QSR vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of the quick service restaurant industry, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to sell payroll and HR technology services to businesses in the quick service restaurant industry
Develop relationships with centers of influence including technology partners
Aggressively seek out new business opportunities:
Phone prospecting, Partner referrals, Networking, other sources
Develop proposals
Close deals and be forecast reliable
Stay up-to-date on QSR industry trends and best practices
Build relationships with key decision-makers
Positively represent AllianceHCM at industry events
Run 4 First Time Appointments weekly
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
5 years of experience in sales
Experience selling in to complex buying groups with multiple decision makers
Must be a strategic thinker and a creative problem solver
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
Minimum 30% travel required
