Job Responsibilities
The Property Manager is actively involved in all functions that directly impact occupancy and the overall physical condition of the property. Establish systems designed to support the goal of maximizing Rental Income, maintaining the asset for the owners, and a clear accountability to the owners.
As the Property Manager, your #1 job is the Asset and Owner. A dedicated team will support you on a daily basis to assist with application processing, lease renewals, and maintenance coordination, ensuring you can effectively manage the portfolio.
Compensation: Base salary of $45k (dependent on the level of experience), with a monthly commission based on a percentage of management fees collected. Yearly Bonus based on the company's health and profitability and the health of the portfolio of properties gained/lost and rents collected.
