Full cycle recruiting
Review resumes
Qualify openings with hiring manager
Manage req load of 50-60 reqs at a time split between the recruitment team
Mainly manufacturing recruitment some sales recruitment
Conduct initial interviews
Coordinate in person or zoom interviews with hiring managers
Utilize outside resources for recruitment - Careerbuilder, Linkedin, Zip recruiter etc.
Manage candidates through ATS system
Initiate hiring process through offer letter
Work with Jr Recruiters to ensure system is updated and candidates are moving through the system appropriately
