Payroll Specialist : Pay : Up to $62K
Pay : Up to $62K
Location : Eugene, OR
Length : Permanent / Direct Hire
What You Need :
- 3 years of full cycle payroll processing experience
- ADP WFN
- Payroll processing for approx. 250 employees
- Multi-state experience, California nice to have- they must be willing to ask questions and research / interpret payroll laws
What You Will Be Doing :
- Process payroll semimonthly for 250 employees using Workforce Now
- Implement standard operating procedures for payroll process
- Validate hours
- Track bonus payouts
- Troubleshoot errors
- Answer employee payroll questions as necessary
- Process manual checks (terminations, discrepancies)
- Ensure that calculations, withholdings, and deductions are done correctly
