Order Support Specialist

Description:

Position Summary

The primary focus of this role is to take orders from the sales team and Client customers and input those orders into our order processing system, Zoho. Our team is also primary for picking, packing, and shipping our product to customer expeditiously.

Responsibilities

  • Processes customer orders efficiently via emails and phone calls from customers and sales
  • team.
  • Communicates updates on order status, inventory, pricing, and shipping information to
  • customer and sales field.
  • Consults with sales, management, other departments, and outside partners to ensure orders
  • ship on time.
  • Helps resolve any sales and/or customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating
  • when required.
  • Performs, organizes, and streamlines operational tasks to reduce the potential for errors.
  • Maintains accuracy of order processes and inventory system. Updates procedures, as
  • necessary.
  • Ensures internal sales team is fully stocked with inventory and replenishes when requested
  • Provides the customer with exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible inventory management at HQ.
  • Monthly Field Reconciliation.
  • Participate as needed with special projects or requests assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and leverage technology to increase productivity.

  • Must have accuracy in data entry.
  • High-quality standards in written communication.
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.

  • unexpected events.
  • Maintain high-performance standards and perform independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Self-motivated who takes the initiative to assist management when opportunities arise.

Experience

  • 2 years of order processing experience.
  • 2 years of sales support and/or customer service experience
  • Proven record of accomplishment of success providing support to both internal and external
  • customers.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience with clinical organizations and government-sponsored health care programs are pluses.
