A HEALTHCARE COMPANY LOCATED IN SACRAMENTO, CA IS HIRING FOR A RECRUITING COORDINATOR TO JOIN THEIR TEAM!
Eligible candidates MUST BE LOCAL TO SACRAMENTO, CA and have AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF HR OR OTHER RELEVANT EXPERIENCE to be considered
DESCRIPTION:
• Provide direct support to the company's recruiting process.
• Review applicants and candidate’s resume/application for qualifications required by job description.
• Review Background check results, Immunization and Flu records, TB, and Drug test results.
• Initiate and review DMV pulls.
• Perform customer service functions by answering candidate and employee questions.
• Complete Form I-9, verify I-9 documentation and maintain I-9 files.
• Enter documentation in the employee electronic files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

ADDITIIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of a high school diploma and one year of human resources experience required. AA/BA in related field preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of the organization's overall business and its objectives.
• Ability to perform in cross-functional team approach and job responsibilities.
• Strong detail orientation.
• A multi-tasker with strong ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and produce quality results on time with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computers with related knowledge of software programs and the Internet.
• Commitment and ability to abide by standards of professional ethics and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with others in a team environment, respecting and valuing the perspectives and experiences of others.
• Adherence to infection control procedures, including but not limited to, standard precautions of temperature monitoring, hand washing, symptom self-monitoring, masking and social distancing.
• Assist and support the Center/Department/Program to meet standards of High Reliability.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
