Description :
will be primarily helping with rolling out employee training , in person and virtual workshops . planning execution Administrative Support : Maintain and organize learning materials, schedules, andparticipant records via our Learning app platform.
- Data and Metrics Tracking : Monitor training attendance, completion rates, andfeedback.
- Workshop Coordination & Scheduling : Assist in planning, scheduling, and logistics forlearning events.
- Budget Tracking : Be able to manage and track learning expenses and POs.
- Effective Communication : Liaise with participants, facilitators, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving : Adapt to changing priorities and address challenges proactively.
