ASTON CARTER is Hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative Near Indianapolis, IN

Aston Carter is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a medical insurance company downtown Indianapolis!

Shfit: M-F 10am-7pm

$18/hr

Description:

Candidates will function as a Customer Service Representative and take inbound calls from members and providers regarding:

  • welcome calls
  • portal inquiries
  • explanation of benefits
  • provider options
  • insurance cards

This job is not about how many calls a candidate can take but more about helping the customers calling in. They want to create an experience the customer did not expect.

Requirements:

- 2 years of customer service related experience (call center, retail, restaurant, etc)

- Strong job history

- Interest in growing career

- Ability to navigate multiple systems
