Position Overview:

Join our esteemed team as an Guest Services Representative/Front Desk Specialist at our luxury medical spa, Asteria Aesthetics. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service and support revenue-generating activities during day and evening hours. The front desk experience at Asteria Aesthetics is the hub and heart of our spa, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients experience a five-star service from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement and Satisfaction: Engage with clients in a warm and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

2. Revenue Generation: Actively participate in revenue-generating activities such as making confirmation calls, following up with voicemails to maximize appointment bookings, and increasing guest retention.

3. Payment Handling: Efficiently handle cash/card transactions to collect payments, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

4. Client Retention: Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized interactions and exceptional service delivery, aiming for high client retention rates.

5. Sales and Retail Support: Utilize previous sales or retail experience to promote spa products and services, driving sales and enhancing the client experience.

6. Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, data entry, and maintaining client records with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Previous sales or retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a middle-aged demographic effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Flexibility to work day-evening hours, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
