Aster Vine Health Center, situated in the bustling city of San Francisco, is currently in search of a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The successful CNA for our team will undertake various direct patient care activities under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Recording vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature accurately.
• Aiding residents in moving to and from beds, wheelchairs, or examination tables with care and attention.
• Promptly reporting any changes in residents’ health status to the nursing staff.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, addressing their concerns, and facilitating communication with medical staff.
• Assisting with medical procedures and ensuring residents adhere to prescribed medication schedules.
• Engaging residents in recreational activities and encouraging socialization and physical engagement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or a related field, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness, as the role may involve some heavy lifting.
• Proficiency in medical software and computer literacy.
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols and First Aid.
• Compassionate, patient, and capable of managing high-stress situations.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
