Functions:

• Providing daily care to residents (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, etc.), while preserving their dignity and privacy.
• Assisting residents with mobility needs, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Reporting any significant changes in the resident’s health or behavior to the nursing team.
• Assisting with recreational activities and social programs to engage the residents.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
• Providing emotional and psychological support to residents and their families.

Entry Criteria:

• A CPR and First Aid certification.
• Excellent observation skills with attention to detail.
• The ability to handle physically demanding tasks like lifting and moving residents.
