Essential Duties

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility
• Taking and recording patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assisting patients with eating and hydration
• Observing and reporting any changes in patient behavior or health status to the nursing staff
• Providing emotional and social support to patients and their families
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, following infection control procedures
• Participating in patient care conferences and in-service training programs
• Complying with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• 18 years old and above
• Be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
