Your primary responsibilities will be as follows:

• Providing daily living assistance to our patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and exercising.
• Helping patients with mobility needs and transfers, executing these actions following established protocol and safety guidelines.
• Taking note of changes in patients’ condition, clinical, and behavioral aspects, and reporting them to the nurse supervisor.
• Checking vital signs as needed and maintaining accurate, timely flow sheets.
• Providing recreational activities that enhance patients' physical and mental well-being.
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding patients according to their nutritional requirements, preferences, and dietary restrictions.
• Completing all documentation accurately and promptly to ensure quality patient care records.
• Participating in scheduled team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Valid CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for helping the elderly and great interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
