Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Lead to spearhead our partnership and referral initiatives. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with Detox Centers, Sober Living Facilities, hospitals, and courthouses to facilitate client referrals and admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Building
- Establish and nurture relationships with Detox Centers to create a strong referral network.
- Build partnerships with Sober Living Facilities to provide housing options for clients in need.
Client Admissions
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client admissions from various sources
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth admission process for new clients.
Networking
- Represent Grace Recovery Center at industry events, conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, courthouses, and other potential referral sources.
Marketing and Branding
- Effectively communicate the brand and mission of Grace Recovery Center to potential partners and clients.
- Create and distribute marketing materials to promote the center's services.
Reporting and Analysis
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership development and client admissions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in substance abuse treatment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the area of substance abuse treatment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
