Duties:
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning and laundry
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior
- Assist with medication reminders
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassion and empathy towards individuals with special needs or medical conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and record keeping
- Basic cooking skills to prepare meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences
