Duties:
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning and laundry
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior
- Assist with medication reminders
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
