Now we are looking for a Business Development Manager (Project Logistics) in our branch in Houston!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attraction of new clients and selling of Project Logistics services;
- Project approach and desire to develop new business opportunities for AsstrA;
- Recognizing customer needs and building up the relationships;
- Conducting business negotiations;
- Preparation and submission of commercial offers;
- Providing the relevant expert knowledge across solutions and project logistics industry;
- Using CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales;
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
REQUEREMENTS:
- Extensive experience in Project Logistics Sales;
- Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry (min. 3 years);
- Deep knowledge of Project Logistics transportation;
- Adultness in selling, assertiveness, proven competences in relations building;
- Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills;
- Proactivity and responsibility;
- Good team-working competences.
