Job Overview:
The Association of Research Libraries (ARL) seeks an experienced finance professional to oversee and manage the Association's finances and operations . The Manager of Finance and Operations will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and overseeing all office operations. This is a key role within our Association, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail. This is a hybrid position, with in-office attendance required approximately 2-3 days per week.
Duties: Core duties include the management of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes; day-to-day administration of office operations and management of general office matters such as equipment and supplies.
Finance and Accounting - Approximately 80%
Operations & Office Management - Approximately 20%
