Associates in Nephrology is Hiring a Medical Assistant (Part-Time) Near Springs, FL
We are a busy Nephrology Practice and are looking for a dependable, dedicated person to join our team as a Part-time Medical Assistant in our Bonita Springs office however, willing to travel if needed.
The Clinical team MA works under the direction of the Clinical Manager to assist with maintaining efficient patient flow and quality care during clinic hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Chart prep and review of patients medical history
- Rooms and triages patient in preparation to see Provider
- Reviews charts and lab test results for completeness.
- Calls pharmacies and patients as requested by Provider.
- Obtains authorizations for prescriptions and procedures
- Must be detail oriented with good documentation
- Knowledge of Athena is a plus
- Salary is commensurate with experience.

Pay: $17.29 - $17.98 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
