Associates in Dentistry is a leading group-owned, non-corporate dental practice with five locations. Our nine doctors and fifty clinical and support staff are committed to providing the highest quality dental care. We are celebrating 50 years of patient care in central Illinois.
We are seeking an experienced human resource manager to develop, implement, and maintain HR best practices and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy. Under the direction of the Practice Administrator, responsibilities include managing all aspects of human resource practices and processes, supervising non-licensed personnel, and overseeing day-to-day business activities of all five clinics. Bachelor's degree in human resource or related field is required; experience in a dental or medical practice is a plus. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus. Must have valid driver's license; travel between five locations is required. Salary commensurate with experience.
