SUMMARY: Responsible for performing all administrative and secretarial duties for department and acting as initial communication link between members and AWG.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The individual must have the ability to perform the responsibilities listed below. The list is not all inclusive of duties that may be requested by the department head or a member of upper management but are intended for an understanding of the purpose of the position. It is the responsibility of each individual at AWG to provide ultimate customer service to our members to support their efforts in increasing same store sales and profits.
1. Prepare all department correspondence and related documents.
2. Manage the Data Stream program, processing work orders, PO’s, inventory tracking, etc.
3. Enter invoices into inventory on‑line and enter work tickets to relieve inventory. Monitor the labor and parts charged to all equipment.
4. Prepare expense vouchers for all warehouse maintenance purchases.
5. Maintain records of all maintenance repairs to the building and equipment.
6. Prepare equipment repair reports as requested.
7. Perform departmental filing duties.
8. Order and maintain department supplies.
9. Work as a member of the AWG team so the total job responsibilities are met. Actions must always stress a sense of cooperation, integrity, tact and consideration with our members, associates and division management.
10. This position requires strong communication and computer skills with the ability to use and learn new technology. Management will be kept informed on planning, analysis, work performed and results. All records required by management must be complete, accurate and submitted on time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

This position's basic purpose is to use all available resources to guide the Maintenance department to continuous growth and financial success.
