- Location : Kearney, Nebraska
- Salary : Up to $60,000 / year depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Store Manager :
- Manage all aspects of store operations including staffing, budgeting and customer service.
- Hire, train and supervise personnel ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory levels, oversee cash control and ensure compliance with food handling regulations.
- Implement and enforce company policies including cleanliness and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Monitor and achieve budget goals and analyzing P & L statements to optimize profitability.
- Ensure timely completion of paperwork and reporting requirements.
Requirements for the Store Manager position :
- Previous experience in retail management preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Food Handler Permit required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
