Responsibilities of the Manager in Training:

• Achieving full understanding and knowledge of running a successful business unit.
• Maintaining a profitable business unit.
• Meeting all budgeted goals.
• Providing coaching and training to employees.

• Enforcing and practicing all company safety procedures.

Qualifications for the Manager in Training position:
