Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Fabricate and weld parts as needed for repairs or improvements.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and controls.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate tasks effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
