Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce)
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the Salesforce quote-to-cash process. The position provides the opportunity to make significant impact while developing a broad skill set. It requires collaboration across multiple teams, support key sales initiatives. This will include business requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and data loads. You will provide sales training and work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Enterprise IT, and Product. Additionally, you will handle sales reporting, forecasting, month-end opportunity maintenance, ad hoc reporting requests, and new hire onboarding support for CareDimensions and Specialty Practices within Sales/BU.
We're looking for someone curious and logical, a self-starter who's great at problem-solving and isn't afraid to ask questions to find solutions. If you enjoy working with data, Salesforce, project management, and Excel, you'll do well in our environment that appreciates taking the initiative, thinking critically, and striving for meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyze sales data, discerning sales trends.
  • Data cleanse and map to ensure Salesforce is updated in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements to boost the quote-to-cash workflow.
  • Create sales reports based on data and share insights with sales team.
  • Project manage small to medium cross-functional quote-to-cash initiatives to ensure milestones and deadlines are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure leaders and stakeholders stay informed of the progress and known risks.
  • Provide documentation and training to newly hires to promote adoption to Salesforce best practices pertaining to their role.
  • Support ad hoc reporting.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
Preferred
  • Experience with operational analysis including data collection, reporting and analytics
