- Responsible for supporting Branch Manager in all internal/administrative operations of the branch
- Responsible for management of administrative personnel
- Responsible for managing and supporting Branch accounting functions including, A/R, A/P, P/R, billing and collections.
- Ensure continuous and successful implementation of business plans as directed by the Branch Manager
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
- Accepts other duties as assigned
Who you are:
- Minimum of 2-3 year of supervisory support or lead operational experience in health care (home health preferred)
- Ability to lead by example, direct and coordinate multiple functions.
- Ability to support growth of business and promote employee satisfaction and retention
- Excellent reporting skills (including Excel) and ability to learn new technologies
