As a BI Developer, you will accelerate and manage our internal analytics initiatives, focusing on technical systems integrations, and the development of related data strategy. Your work will include a broad spectrum of data sources, including sales data from Salesforce, customer success metrics from Vitally, product analytics from our AWS-based platform, financials from QuickBooks, among others. In short (and just like our core value proposition), we need your help turning data into answers.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement scalable data analytics strategies across various platforms such as Salesforce, Vitally, AWS RDS, QuickBooks, and more.
  • Work closely with Data Engineer and other technical resources to develop and maintain a scalable and consumable data architecture to support analytics and business intelligence efforts.
  • Utilize AWS Quicksight or similar tools to create dashboards and reports that provide insightful analytics across all aspects of the business.
  • Work closely with product team to help prototype platform functionality where needed.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of internal analytics needs, ensuring timely delivery and expectation management.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to identify analytics needs and prioritize projects accordingly. Keep up with latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence to continually enhance our analytics capabilities.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, with a proven track record of effectively delivering analytics to help solve business challenges and identify success with impactful dashboards and complex visuals.
  • Strong experience with complex data models including relational DB like MySql and unstructured data sources like S3.
  • Strong technical proficiency in data integration (APIs), security best practices, and management tools, with hands-on experience with Salesforce, Vitally, AWS, and QuickBooks integrations a plus.
  • Expertise in AWS Quicksight or similar analytics platforms, with the ability to design and implement complex dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment using tools like Jira.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actions and answers.

We have a distributed team that works remotely across locations in the United States. We are open to candidates from most states but collaboration within core working hours is required.
