Part Time Technician will be 20-25 hours a week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting a 10% QTP (Quality Test Process) on all incoming products from CM to verify their performance.
    • Includes the Vibration sensor module, HUB module and any other products designed AssetWatch.
  • Digitally documenting & maintaining records of products through Inventory Management methods.
  • Testing the functionalities of our devices to ensure quality performance.
    • This includes conducting Wi-Fi, BLE, Cell, and functional testing.
  • Assembling the partial assets into fully functional end products, adhering to established procedures and accurate drawings.
  • Fulfilling assigned Work Orders and Service Orders through the Salesforce Platform and Inventory Management methods. Includes but is not limited to:
    • Ensuring efficient handling of product orders.
    • Quality assurance testing on all products before shipment to guarantee their adherence to high standards.
    • Accurately packing and shipping the required products to both internal and external arms of the company, maintaining precise record-keeping.
  • Carrying out any additional duties as directed by the Supply Chain Manager to support the seamless flow of operations.

  • Independent Decision-Making: We seek individuals who can make thoughtful and informed decisions independently, especially when handling various tasks in the supply chain operations.
  • Hand Tool Proficiency: The candidate should be skilled in utilizing various small hand tools such as wire crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers, which are integral to the assembly processes.
  • Quality Spot Checks: The ability to conduct visual & digital spot checks on products is crucial to ensure that they meet the approved quality standards before proceeding with further assembly or shipment.
  • Mechanical/Electronics Aptitude: We value candidates with a strong aptitude for mechanical and electronics tasks, as these are central to the assembly and testing of high-tech products.
  • Basic Understanding of Electronics: A fundamental understanding of electronics is desirable to comprehend assembly instructions and testing procedures accurately.
  • Team Mentality: Strong commitment to collaborative teamwork, prioritizing group objectives and fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Procedural Adherence: Following detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures diligently is crucial for maintaining consistency and ensuring product quality.
  • Adherence to Safety Guidelines: The candidate should prioritize safety and be willing to wear personal protective equipment as per the training guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Physical Strength: The ability to push, pull, or lift items weighing 50-75 lbs. is essential for handling and moving product shipments effectively.
