Joining the Corporate Finance Team:
This team is responsible for all financial reporting and planning across business units within HID Global and into our parent company ASSA ALBOY. The financial analyst will be a part of our corporate finance team, supporting our functional support areas. You will collaborate with key business partners in planning, budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analytics or reporting. This is a dynamic and highly visible role with direct impact across the HID businesses.

As our Financial Analyst, you’ll support HID’s success by: 
• Participating in monthly/quarterly business reviews with HID’s Senior Leadership team including the ability to convey key messages through effective presentation skills.
• Providing financial insight to teams in assessing risk and opportunities to achieve its financial commitments. This includes proactively establishing insightful analytics, reporting, and developing the right operational processes that enable the key clients and groups to “see around corners” and support cross functional alignment.
• Proactively collaborating across multifunctional teams to create an environment that strives for prioritization, focus and global consistency of best practices identified both internally and externally.

Your Experience and Education include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred, MBA a big plus. 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience Financial Analysis related experience desired.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications required (Excel / PowerPoint) with experience using BI Tools or ERP systems, Oracle a big plus.
