Primary Skill:
Provide End User Desktop Support while striving to exceed and meet SLAs.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up.
Work in a plant industrial environment and adhere to working safely.
Collaborate and contribute to team meetings and chats to find best practices solutions to issues and problems.
Knowledge in working with Service Now.
Knowledge with DELL hardware laptops and desktops.
Keeping track of on-site inventory.
Trouble shoot and support iPhone, iPad, scanners, and printers.
Be a self-starter, working independently, unsupervised and demonstrate proactiveness.
Support O365, Teams and Windows 10.
Provision VOIP phones with Cisco Call Manager.
