ASI Staff, Inc is Hiring a HR Assistant (Entry Level) Near San Antonio, TX
Description
ASI Staff is currently looking for a temporary, local Human Resource Assistant to join our new San Antonio Location. This is an entry level position that will have room for growth and could potentially turn into a permanent position for the right candidate. MUST BE BILINGUAL.
Schedule & conduct weekly interviews based on Client orders.
Scheduling Client/Candidate Interviews, Drug screens, physicals, etc
Make hiring decisions for some clients
Track step-by-step processes from initial candidate contact to placement using ASI's applicant tracking system.
May occasionally need to attend Chamber of Commerce Meetings and events
Requirements
Applicants Must:
Be detail oriented and extremely organized.
Have reliable transportation
Be punctual
Have some basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
