Customer Service Representative:

Ashley Furniture HomeStore, the largest volume furniture retailer in America AND the #1 selling home furniture brand in the World, is seeking a dynamic FULL TIME clerical/customer service representative who can provide top-notch customer service skills. This position is located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC Homestore.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing Invoices for customers
• Running Credit Applications
• Handle all inbound phone calls.
• Cash, Credit Card processing, cash balance reports, funding payments, etc
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Place orders for supplies and parts.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills by phone and in person.
• Provide problem solving with customers in a professional manner.
• Computer and clerical experience is a must.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent attendance record.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
