A. General Description:
This position ensures data integrity, document management and control, and consistent business rule application to all members’ CE Registry records and CE Provider records in the related systems. Works with a team of Accounts Managers and assigned with a CE Provider Manager to a dedicated caseload of ASHA Approved CE Providers, the incumbent is responsible for enhancing operational workflow for improved service to members and CE Providers. The incumbent has direct responsibility for establishing and maintaining goodwill relationships with Providers and CE Registry users that result in recruitment, retention, and ongoing generation of non-dues revenue. They train CE Providers to use ASHA’s CE course reporting processes and troubleshoots issues when they arise.

The incumbent reports directly to the Director, CE Operations. The incumbent is expected to plan and carry out work activities in close collaboration with other CE team members. Some processes are carried out according to standards established by the Continuing Education Board and generally recognized accounting standards. Broad latitude is given to determine approaches, procedures, and methodology to accomplish work responsibilities. Incumbent uses independent judgment to develop solutions and is given the authority to resolve issues and problems. Work receives administrative review from the Associate Director or peer review from other CE staff. Specific guidance and review by the coach may be required for special or unusual circumstances.
