Responsibilities
Provide industry perspectives, best practices, and security thought leadership to customers
Prepare and present recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership
Identify and document project issues and risks and develop recommendations for remediation
Assist project management by tracking and recording project team hours, expenses, tasks, and meetings
Build trust and mutual respect with Ascent clients through consistent, customer-forward communication
Facilitate client-company user enrollment in Azure Active Directory during implementation
Lead the creation of logical PowerShell scripts and process to meet business requirements
Build and automate software packages for Autopilot and Endpoint Manager deployments
Configure, test, and implement Windows Autopilot for client-company employee devices
Extend cloud-based security controls to the device to provide a consistent user experience
Work with key stakeholders to develop an Agile workstream plan with rollout milestones
Provide his or her team with technical and organizational support during the planning and implementation stages
Qualifications:
3-5 years of Windows Engineering experience
3-5 years of Endpoint Management
3-5 years of writing and deploying PowerShell scripts and/or applications
Preferred Skills:
Implementing and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Autopilot environments, Windows Defender policies, Windows Hello for business, and software updates
Supporting a Microsoft endpoint environment, using Windows 10 or 11 Enterprise, Office 365, and Windows Server technologies to meet business security requirements
Diagnosing and resolving Microsoft Endpoint Manger and Autopilot deployment and enrollment issues
Ability to create logical PowerShell scripts or solutions

A good understanding of the Kusto (KQL) query language to write custom queries for Intune, Log Analytics, and Defender for Endpoint
