Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to optimize results
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and generate reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage customer relationships and track sales activities
- Technical sales experience is a plus
